SACRAL LEADERSHIP

Reclaim your wholeness

Unleash your wildness

Rise into sacral leadership

We are women from many lands.

We are different colors, shapes and sizes.

We follow different spiritualities, curiosities and ambitions.

We are leaders of movements, businesses, communities, families and friends.

We crave a playful, primal, sensual, impactful, soulful and spirited life with freedom to follow our deepest desires and dreams.

ReWild Retreat

Costa Rica

February 25- March 1, 2024

We are burdened by the voices, expectations, obligations, definitions of success and judgements set by societies, families and cultures.

We have been told that to be empowered, we must lead with our armor on at all times, although deep inside we know that can’t be true. We’ve been taught that in order “survive” we must act like men dismissing our innate nature as we must sacrifice our wellbeing for the collective.

We burn out as we sacrifice ourselves for our purpose-driven missions. On the outside, we seem to have it all together, but in truth, we feel unease and sometimes broken on the inside. We’ve been living and working for years and years in a system and a way of being that is built for robots more than humans.

At times we feel disconnected from our bodies, safe yet unhappy, uninspired and exhausted.

And we’re tired. We’re tired of masking. We’re tired of suppressing our innate wisdoms. We’re tired of running on fumes. We’re tired of living from the head and not the heart of body. We’re tired of pretending we’re ok. We’re tired of doing it all.

The thing is dear one, a powerful woman isn’t the necessarily the loudest and most overt. She is one that is attuned to her spirit and living and leading her life from her innate wisdoms. She trusts her instincts and inner knowings and is connected to both the earthly and spirited ways.

We are cyclical beings that must move by nature’s wisdoms. We are creators of our own lives and beings connected to source. We are way more magnetic and powerful than we can possibly imagine.

In time and with support, we remember that we have the keys to the cages we’ve been locked in by ourselves and others

And with these keys, we are on a mission to reclaim the parts of ourselves that we’ve neglected and given away and remember our roots and spirit.

With trust and intuition guiding us in our new sense of freedom, we gain the tools to refuel our body and spirit and the courage to rewild our lives.

And we rise into sacral leadership and allow all of us to have a seat at the table. We thrive as we show up as leaders with authenticity and vitality. From here, we are able to sustainably give our service to ourselves, our families, our friends, our communities, our businesses and the world.

As Sacral Leaders, we gently and fiercely lead…

by weaving aspects of life often polarized:

the head & the heart

the masculine & the feminine

the practical & the mystical

the ancient & the modern,

by activating the creative powers of our wombs,

by trusting our intuition,

by rewilding and embodying nature’s teachings, and

by knowing the importance of gathering and leaning on our tribe for support.

What People Are Saying

“Tasha has a gift for listening with her entire being to evoke the Leadership within other women. She's mastered the subties of gently guiding even the most non-woo high achieving woman into the esoteric teachings of the Divine Feminine with her practical, yet softened approach to personal empowerment. As a conscious female entrepreneur wanting to balance the structure and systems necessary in business with my body's natural rhythms, she's an absolute asset to my team of mentors.”

— Sylvia F., Fitness Entrepreneur

“The workshops and 1:1 work I did with Natasha were some of the most fun and transformative experiences I’ve ever had. She helped me reconnect with my intuition and find my inner voice. Not only that, but how to bring my voice to life and be the person and leader I want to be. She has taught me how to slow down, trust myself and act based on my own values, needs and desires. I’m quicker to recognize and say no to what isn’t right, and am more confident in the decisions I make. Her focus on connection - with community, with our own bodies, with our inner wisdom - and unbinding ourselves from what holds us back is really powerful. I also love Natasha for her ability to bring very different people together and find commonalities, while honoring and supporting differences. She has a real gift and a unique, wholistic approach to women’s power and leadership. Working with her is also a genuine blast.”

— Mojdeh, Life Coach

“Sister circles with strangers can be an intimidating experience for anyone but that feeling left once I entered the space she created. It is an immediately calm, inviting and healing space with women who are ready to feel empowered and stronger. She allowed us to acknowledge the awkwardness of discussing sensuality amongst new sisters, but then embrace and work beyond it. I left feeling confident in my thoughts and myself as a woman with feelings and desires.”

ABOUT ME - NATASHA ROYA AZIZI

Sacral Leadership Catalyst. Space Holder. ReWilder.

As a recovering burnt-out boss lady myself, I’m devoted to guiding women leaders to a new embodied, wild path to help sustain their authentic leadership and beautiful visions for their lives and the collective.

I combine over a decade of experience in the business world in both real estate development and social impact with teachings from the ancient healing wisdoms - Ayurveda, Tantra, Yoga, Reiki & Shamanism - and empower others to embody feminine-form leadership to give space for all of us to have a seat at the table and remembering our innate wisdoms.
